Cookies and Storage
Current statusNexlot is in construction and testing. There are no public sign-ups, nothing is for sale, no fee is charged, and no bot trades real money — execution runs against exchange testnets only. This document describes that state and will be re-issued under a new version before any of it changes.
Most sites open this page with a paragraph about improving your experience and then list nine advertising networks. This one is short because there is almost nothing to declare.
1We set no tracking cookies
This website runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site trackers. Not Google Analytics, not Meta, not anything else. We do not know who you are when you read this page, and we have not arranged for anyone else to find out.
That is also why you are not being shown a consent banner. Banners exist because sites set storage that legally requires opt-in. We do not set any, so asking you to click through a dialogue would be theatre.
2What we do store in your browser

That is the entire list for this website. It stores no identifier, it is not readable by anyone else, it never leaves your browser, and it disappears when the tab closes.
Under § 25(2) TDDDG, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has expressly requested does not require consent. Suppressing a repeat animation within a single visit falls inside that. We are not stretching the exemption to cover analytics, because we are not running any.
3Inside the applications
When you sign in to NexPulse, NexForge or NexAlgo, the application stores an authentication token in your browser. That is strictly necessary — without it you would be logged out on every click — so it needs no consent either. It is not used to track you, and it is invalidated when you log out.
4If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will need your opt-in before setting it, and this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated in the same change that adds it. We are not going to add a tracker quietly and rewrite this page afterwards.
