Current statusNexlot is in construction and testing. There are no public sign-ups, nothing is for sale, no fee is charged, and no bot trades real money — execution runs against exchange testnets only. This document describes that state and will be re-issued under a new version before any of it changes.

This policy is not yet in force, because nothing is for sale. Nexlot charges no fee, offers no subscription, and accepts no payment. There is no contract for you to withdraw from and no money for us to refund. It is published now so the terms are visible before there is anything to pay for rather than after, and it takes effect the day a price exists.

1Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (§§ 312g, 355 BGB). This right is not something we grant you and not something we can take away.

2Withdrawal instruction

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [postal address — published in the Impressum before any sale], email support@nexlots.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

4When the right ends early

For digital services, the right of withdrawal lapses before the 14 days are up only if all three of these happen (§ 356(4) and (5) BGB):

  • you expressly ask us to begin providing the service before the period ends;
  • you confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete; and
  • we have provided you with confirmation of that agreement.

We will not bury that in a checkbox you cannot avoid. If a purchase ever asks you to waive the withdrawal right, it will say plainly that this is what you are doing, and starting immediately will be your choice rather than the default.

5Refunds beyond the statutory right

The withdrawal right above is the legal minimum. When paid plans launch we will publish any additional refund practice here — for instance how a mid-period cancellation is handled. Until then there is nothing to state, and we would rather leave this section honest than fill it with a policy we have not yet decided.

6Language

These pages are published in English. Before any sale to a German consumer, a German-language withdrawal instruction and model form will be issued, since that is the version that binds a German consumer.
