Everything below is written to be read rather than to be scrolled past. Where a clause is doing real legal work, it says what it is doing and why.
Nexlot is in construction and testing. Nothing is for sale, no fee is charged, and no bot trades real money. These documents describe that state, and they will be re-issued under a new version before it changes.
Nexlot is run by a private individual in Germany, not a registered company. We say so plainly here rather than implying a corporate structure that does not exist yet.
